Foxburg Golf Tournament

Spent a lovely weekend in Foxburg, PA for their 4th Scottish Festival.

The weather was perfect, the crowds were great and the events kept everyone busy and entertained: highland games, sheep herding, dog agility, musicians, dancers, a storyteller, Gaelic lessons, carriage rides, vendors, Scottish food, wine, beer, ...

Carl Peterson won this year's Golf Tournament by one stroke. In second place was last year's winner, Bob Murdoch.

Happy New Year!

I'm back from a couple weeks in Scotland, where I had a wonderful time! Who knew how beautiful Scotland can be in the winter. Here's a picture I took on January 1, 2012 of Neist Point, on the Isle of Skye.
